Our smallgoods are manufactured to traditional recipes, using the latest methods and techniques at our manufacturing facility located in Melbourne. These applications and processes place our products in a niche of their own, whilst catering to continental specialties in the Australian marketplace.
Our products collected a total of three Silver Medals and ten Bronze Medals in the Deli Meat Competition of the Sydney Royal Fine Food Show.
