WOW, what an amazing product. Simply remove from bag gently and place in a tray. Score the skin and then place in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees for approximatley 20 minutes. Increase oven to 220 degrees and finish off for 10 minutes until skin crackles. Serve with a fresh slaw.
